အရပ္သား ၃ ဦး လည္းဒဏ္ရာရရွိခဲ ့ၿပီး အိမ္ မ်ား ႏွင္ ့ သိုေလွာင္ရံု (ဂိုေထာင္) မ်ားလဲ မီးေလာင္ခဲ ့သည္ ေတာမီးမ်ားလဲ ေလာင္ၾကြမ္း ေနၿပီး ရန္ေဖ်ာင္း က်ြန္း တစ္က်ြန္း လံုး မီးမ်ား ျပတ္ေတာက္ သြားခဲ ့သည္ ။ အရပ္သား မ်ားကို အင္ခ်ြန္း သို ့ေရွြ ့ေျပာင္းေပးထားၿပီး အခ်ိဳ ့ အရပ္သားမ်ားကို ဘန္ကာမ်ားသို ့ ေျပာင္းေရြွ ့ ေပးထားခဲ ့သည္ ။ ေန ့လည္ ၂ နာရီ ၃၄ မီးနစ္တြင္ ပထမအႀကိမ္ျပစ္ခတ္ခဲ ့ၿပီး ၂နာရီ ၄၉ မီနစ္ အထိ အခ်က္ ၂၀ ေပ်ာ္ျပစ္ခတ္ခဲ ့သည္ ။ ၃ နာရီ ၁၀ မီးနစ္ မွ ၄၁ မီး နစ္အထိ ဒုတိယ အႀကီမ္ ျပစ္ခတ္ခဲ ့သည္ ။ မရိန္းတပ္ အတြင္း K 9 ( တင္ ့ကား)အေျမာက္ တပ္ လက္ႏွက္တိုက္ ၊ စစ္တန္းလ်ား ႏွင္ ့ အနီး ရွိ အိမ္ မ်ားေပၚသို ့ က်ေရာက္ခဲ ့သည္ ။ ရန္းေဖ်ာင္းက်ြန္း မွ ၁၂ ကိလိုမီတာ ဂဲ ေဘာ္ရီ အေျမာက္ စခန္းမွ မွျပစ္ခတ္ ခဲ ့သည္ ။ ေတာင္ကိုရီးယားမွ လဲ အခ်က္ ၈၀ ျပန္လည္ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ ့သည္ ။ အဆိုပါယန္းေဖာင္းက်ြန္း သည္ နယ္ၾကားမ်ည္း NLL မွ ၁-၅ ကီလိုမီတာ အကြာ တြင္ တည္ရွိသည္ ။ အဆိုပါ အေျမာက္တပ္ မွ K 9 တင္ ့ကားမ်ား မ်ား သည္ နံနက္ ၈ နာရီ အခ်ိန္မွ စတင္၍ ပင္ လယ္ျပင္သို ့ ပစ္ခတ္ စစ္ေရး ေလ ့က်င္ ့ေနခ်ိန္ျဖစ္သည္ ။ အဆိုပါ စစ္ေရး ေလ ့က်င္ ့မႈ ့သည္ ၂၂ ရက္ေန ့မွ လ ကုန္သည္ အထိ ေလ ့က်င္ ့ရန္ ျဖစ္သည္ ။ ယေန ့ တိုက္ခိုက္ မႈ ့ေၾကာင္ ့ အဆိုပါ စစ္ေရးေလ ့ က်င့္ မႈ ့ ရပ္တန္ ့ မည္ မဟုတ္ဟု ေတာင္ကိုရီးယား စစ္ရံုးမွ ထုတ္ေဖၚေျပာၾကားခဲ ့သည္ ။ အဆိုပါ က်ြန္း တြင္ မီးသတ္ကား တစ္စီးသာရွိ သည္ ။ အင္ခ်ြန္း ၿမိဳ ့ မွ မီး သတ္ကား ႏွင္ ့ လူနာတင္ ယာဥ္ မ်ား ပို ့ေဆာင္လွ်က္ ရွိသည္ ။ ေၿမာက္ကိုရီးယား အသံလြင္ ့ဌာ မွ ေတာင္ကိုရီးယားမွ စတင္ျပစ္ ခတ္ ခဲ ့သည္ဟု ေၾကညာခဲ ့သည္ ။ ေျမာက္ကိုရီးယား မွ ထိခိုက္မႈ ကို ထုတ္ေဖၚေျပာၾကား မႈ ့ မရွိေပ ။

 North Korea has fired artillery toward South Korea’s Yeonpyeong Island in the Yellow Sea, killing two South Korean Marines and wounding six soldiers.The Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) in Seoul says the North fired dozens of artillery shells for an hour from around 2:34 p.m. on Tuesday from its coastal base toward Yeonpyeong. The South Korean military responded by firing shots of its own toward the North using its K-9 self-propelled guns. Two marines, Sergeant Seo Jeong-woo and Private 2nd Class Moon Kwang-wook, were killed, and six others were seriously wounded. Three civilians also suffered minor injuries. The attack reportedly destroyed some houses on the island, while residents were shipped to Incheon Port. The South Korean military is operating in crisis management mode and is on full alert to prepare against further provocations. The military and the Korea-United States Combined Forces Command are mulling operating in a joint crisis management mode.
